No, in Mexico the price is per page.

How many words does a page have?

Each page has 200 words.

Do you provide certified translations?

Yes, these are made by expert translators certified by official institutions such as the Federal Judicial Council in Mexico.

How long does it take to deliver a translation?

That would depend on the languages, number of pages, if it is urgent or not, and the subject of the document, e.g.: the translation of a document from English to Spanish, 10 pages long, not urgent, and with a general subject is delivered within 2 working days.

Where does the cost in the quote come from?

According to the combination of languages, type of interpretation, if equipment is needed or not, number of hours and amount of interpreters. We adapt to any interpretation need.

The cost is per hour?

No, it is per day.

How many interpreters are necessary?

Usually two, but one will be enough during short interpretations of less than 4 hours.

How many people work behind an interpretation?

That would depend on the type of interpretation; in a simultaneous, for example, we send a team made up of 1 coordinator, 2 interpreters and 1 audio technician (and the interpretation booth, the transmitter and the headsets as necessary).

How do you deal with the extra expenses for interpreting outside Mexico City?

These expenses are paid by the client, whether they provide transportation, accommodation and meals, or we may include them in the quote.

What works better for me between a consecutive and a simultaneous interpretation?

It would depend on the event: for a small meeting, for example, a consecutive interpretation is recommended; for bigger events, simultaneous.
